This April, aqua presents ‘The Essence of aqua’, a limited-time seasonal tasting menu, inspired by Italian and Japanese culinary artistry, showcasing aqua’s distinctive cross-boundaries identity.
Available from 13 April to 18 June, the seven-course tasting menu is priced at $1,388 per guest, with an additional wine-pairing option at $688 per guest.
