On 21 June, all fathers will be treated to a complimentary Monkey 47 Negroni during evening brunch, marking the celebration with a distinctive flourish, aqua spirit bar will also present a limited-time Monkey 47 collaboration from 19 June, featuring a curated selection of gin-based cocktails that highlight the spirit’s unique botanical character.
The celebration continues with a specially curated Father’s Day experience, featuring both a daytime brunch (HK$688 per guest) and an evening brunch (HK$788 per guest). Designed for pure enjoyment, the menu showcases an abundant spread of aqua’s most loved signatures—from a beautifully presented sashimi platter featuring premium tuna, salmon and scallops, to Seared Salmon Futomaki and delicate yellowtail sashimi with Japanese onion.
