Secure the best seat in the house to watch the colourful fireworks on 30th January with the Fireworks Dinner, and tantalise your tastebuds with the Chinese New Year Tasting Menu, available from 29th January to 3rd February.
A combination of aqua’s signature Japanese and Italian flavours take centre-stage, beginning with Steamed hamaguri clam soup, and continuing with Duck plin ravioli, Parmigiano fondue, crispy sage, and black truffle, and a choice of main.
End the night with a bang with “Firecracker”, a seasonal dessert of mandarin mousse and almond fortune cookies.
