This autumn, aqua celebrates one of Italy’s most prized seasonal ingredients with Piedmont Truffle Delight, available from 28 September to 22 November 2026.
Showcasing the restaurant’s signature Italian and Japanese culinary traditions, the limited-time offering highlights prized white truffles from Piedmont alongside premium black truffles, featured across dishes from both kitchens. Paired with a curated selection of wines from Piedmont and set against aqua’s sweeping views of Victoria Harbour, the menu offers an immersive celebration of one of the world’s most coveted seasonal ingredients.
Guests can choose to elevate their preferred dishes with fresh truffles, shaved tableside, allowing the warmth of each dish to release the distinctive aromas of the truffle just before it is enjoyed. The experience reflects the philosophy at the heart of aqua’s Italian-Japanese cuisine: simplicity, seasonality and a respect for exceptional ingredients.
