Roll into the weekend with aqua’s All About Sushi, where we bring you our iconic free-flow brunch format to lunchtime every Friday to kickstart the weekend mood. With a premium selection of our best Japanese and Italian dishes, it makes for an excellent choice as a business lunch or a leisure midday meal.

The menu begins generously with unlimited appetisers, sushi and sashimi, including the popular spicy negitoro and seared salmon maki rolls, and the locals’ favourite salmon and yellowtail sashimi. Followed by your choice of main, pick between Japanese and Italian delights like the japanese style simmered wagyu beef don or pici pasta with seasonal italian black truffle, porcini mushrooms and parmigiano. Add-on one of aqua’s signature desserts to wrap up the indulgent lunch, or even a glass of wine or sake to pair with the deluxe offerings.

Served from 12pm to 3pm, cheers to a “Happy Friday” with All About Sushi every Friday lunch. Free-flow is available for either 75-minutes (HK$388) or 120-minutes (HK$488).
