This Chinese Valentine’s Day (Qixi Festival), aqua presents a curated tasting journey that bridges signature Italian and Japanese flavours – from Deep sea pink prawn tartare with yellow tomato emulsion and caviar to Charcoal-grilled black cod marinated with saikyo miso. Choose between the exquisite Homemade potato gnocchi with red prawns and fresh zucchini and the Seafood barley rice with scallop, octopus and rock shrimp. End with a poetic touch –“Sweet Caviar” strawberry and lemon served with heart-shaped monaka biscuits.
