Roll into the weekend with aqua’s Always About Sushi, where we bring you our iconic free-flow brunch format to lunchtime every weekday to kickstart the week. With a premium selection of our best Japanese and Italian dishes, it makes for an excellent choice as a business lunch or a leisure midday meal.

The menu begins generously with unlimited appetisers, sushi and sashimi, including the popular burrata, tomatoes and basil salad and spicy minced tuna roll with spring onion. Followed by your choice of main, pick between Japanese and Italian delights like the chilli teriyaki lamb with yuzu, garlic and miso or lobster linguine with tomatoes, chilli, lemon and aromatic herbs. Add-on one of aqua’s signature desserts to wrap up the indulgent lunch, or even a glass of wine or sake to pair with the deluxe offerings.

Served from 12pm to 3pm, cheers to a new week with Always About Sushi every weekday lunch. Free-flow is available for either 60-minutes (HK$388) or 120-minutes (HK$488).
